Plagiarism as a Legal Phenomenon and Algorithm-Based Decision Making

چکیده
Abstract Plagiarism is a question of academic dishonesty and ethics, but it also has legal nature. At the same time, closely related to technology, since algorithm-based software generally used when proceeding plagiarism case. The article, as an empirical research qualitative case study, discusses nature plagiarism, how such aspects should be considered in practice and, specifically, context decision making. It institutional review, presenting analysis regulations one university, concludes with suggestions university deal especially considering its development technology.
